2. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company or activity, the type of visitor you select (business, independent expert or partner), the systems you are interested in, and your message.
• Campaign information: where you came from (for example, a QR code at an event), recorded through URL parameters (UTM), and the page language.
• Usage data: anonymous, aggregated page and click statistics. We use a cookieless analytics service and do not use advertising cookies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your message.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss our systems, early access programmes or waitlists you asked about.
• To follow up on conversations started at events.
• To understand which pages and channels are useful and improve this website.

We will not use your information for other purposes without your consent, except where permitted by law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or give it to third parties without your consent, except where required or permitted by law. We use service providers to run this website and handle email (for example, hosting and email delivery). They process data only on our instructions.

5. Data stored outside Japan

Some of these providers are located in or store data in the United States (for example Vercel Inc. for hosting and analytics, and our email delivery provider). The United States has no comprehensive federal privacy law equivalent to the APPI. We choose providers that commit to appropriate security measures and contractually limit their use of data. Information about the protection systems of the relevant countries is available from the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan (www.ppc.go.jp). You can ask us for more details.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data while we are in contact with you and for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer, and then delete it.

7. Security

We limit access to staff who need it, use access-controlled and encrypted services, and review our providers and practices. We will respond promptly to any incident and notify you and the authorities where required.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using your personal information, or to stop providing it to third parties. Email sales@topxperience.pro. We will confirm your identity and respond without undue delay.

We may update this policy. The latest version and its effective date will always be on this page.
